Summer’s Edge has extremely limited parking and rules are strictly enforced.

• Maximum of 2 vehicles at the home
• No street parking at any time
• No parking in empty lots, green spaces, or in front of other homes
• No RVs, trailers, boats, or oversized vehicles
• Improperly parked vehicles may be ticketed or towed at guest expense

We strongly recommend carpooling. The neighborhood is highly walkable and bike friendly, and most guests rarely need their vehicle once they arrive. Failure to follow parking rules may result in HOA fines or termination of stay without refund.

What started as managing our own properties along 30A quickly turned into something much bigger. After years in finance and earning my MBA from Florida State, I realized I wanted to build something more personal. My husband Luke, a real estate attorney and licensed Realtor, and I combined our backgrounds in business, law, and design to create a boutique vacation management company focused on doing things the right way.

We live and work here. This is not a side project or a remote operation. We are hands-on with every home we manage, from design and staging to maintenance and guest experience. Luke oversees maintenance and property care, and I focus on operations, design, and guest communication. Together, we run a tight ship.

Our goal is simple. Beautiful homes. Clear communication. No chaos.

We intentionally keep our portfolio curated so we can give every guest and every homeowner real attention. When you stay with us, you are not dealing with a call center. You are working directly with a local team who cares about the details.

If you need recommendations, we will tell you where we actually go. If something comes up during your stay, we handle it quickly. We want you to feel taken care of from booking to checkout.
