Pool & Spa Heating (Optional):
• $40 per day
• Must be requested at least 7 days prior to arrival
• Applies to entire stay
• Last-minute requests may incur a $140 service trip fee

The spa is heated only when the pool heat is activated (they operate together).

Grill:
Free to use. Guests must clean and refill propane if needed.
$50 cleaning fee applies if grill is left dirty.
