Everything was great I would give it 8/10. Pros - property was just like the pictures. Host had great communication. Close to downtown and easy access to everything. Loved the area Cons - getting inside was a little confusing but was ok once figured out. Balcony door was very hard to open and shut. Took my shoes off and Floor was very dirty. Socks were black after 10 mins of walking around.

Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
The place so dirty, we had to rewash the possum pans and some of the dishes. There’s a train right next to the window. You can hear everybody talking at the train station. You can hear the train. You can hear inside the train. The blinds are broken and even if they weren’t broken, the light would still come through so all my bright light coming through both bedrooms the sliding glass door doesn’t work very well so it’s half broken the air conditioner broke. I believe we’re talking to an AI and not an actual person because half the stuff they ignored and didn’t know how to communicate it correctly. The parking garage nothing was communicated correctly. It was the most stressful experience because if you get a fob which they don’t tell you till after you book it it’s 500 if you lose it so you then you’re stressed out you only have one too so if you’re with multiple people, you can only use it once. The list goes on and on.
