The Space:

Nosso Logies is built around one idea: space to breathe.



The open-plan living area fills with natural light throughout the day, flowing seamlessly into a fully equipped kitchen: oven, dishwasher, induction hob, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and everything you need to cook a proper meal, not just reheat leftovers. The dining table seats the whole group comfortably.



The first bedroom has a quality double bed. The second has a double bed plus a bunk bed: ideal for families with kids.



Both rooms offer plenty of storage and fresh linens. Two full bathrooms in each room means zero queuing, each stocked with quality towels, shampoo, shower gel, body wash, and a hairdryer.



The living room has a smart TV, a collection of board games for rainy afternoons, and fast WiFi throughout. There's also a dedicated desk if you need to check in on work.



Step outside to the private courtyard terrace: sheltered, green, and quietly yours. Morning coffee, evening aperitif, a glass of wine after the kids are asleep. A calm pocket away from the bustle of the seaside.



Guest Access:

The entire apartment is exclusively yours, no shared spaces, no other guests. You have full access to all rooms, the kitchen, both bathrooms, the terrace, the outdoor seating area, and the garden.

Everything has been thoughtfully prepared for your arrival: fresh linens, quality toiletries, a fully stocked kitchen, and all the essentials to make you feel at home from the moment you walk in.



High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment, along with a laptop-friendly workspace for anyone who needs it.



The Neighborhood:

Nosso Logies sits in Heist-aan-Zee, the laid-back western end of Knokke-Heist — Belgium's most refined stretch of coastline along the North Sea.



The beach is two minutes on foot: twelve kilometres of wide, golden sand stretching from the fishing harbour in Heist to the exclusive beach clubs of Het Zoute. This is where coastal relaxation meets cosmopolitan polish.



Knokke's famous Lippenslaan and Kustlaan are lined with boutiques, art galleries, and sun-drenched terraces — a short ride away. For food lovers, the area delivers everything from Michelin-starred dining to relaxed seafood shacks and stylish beach bars.



Nature is never far. The Zwin Nature Park — a unique tidal reserve of salt marshes and dunes on the Belgian-Dutch border — is a beautiful destination for birdwatching and quiet walks along boardwalk paths. Cycling through the polders toward Cadzand in the Netherlands is one of the finest rides on the coast.



For families, the beaches offer play zones and summer activities, while Heist's charming fishing village atmosphere provides a more relaxed pace than central Knokke. The For Freedom Museum and the Sincfala heritage museum are both within easy reach for a dose of local history.



Getting Around:

The beach is a 2-minute walk - straight out the door, around the corner, and you're on the sand.



Heist-aan-Zee sits at the quieter end of Knokke-Heist, which means less traffic and more breathing room, but you're still connected to everything. The tram (Kusttram) stops nearby and runs the full length of the Belgian coast. The centre of Knokke with its boutiques, galleries, and restaurants along the Lippenslaan is a short tram ride or 10-minute bike ride away.



Cycling is the best way to explore here. The flat coastal paths take you to the Zwin Nature Park (15 min by bike), across the Dutch border to Cadzand, or inland through the polders toward Damme and Bruges.



By car, Bruges is 20 minutes away. The Dutch border is 5 minutes. Parking is available on the surrounding streets (green zones in Knokke-Heist).



Heist train station is within walking distance for those arriving by public transport.
