Welcome to the Refined Raccoon Retreat! Designed for comfort and connection, this multi-level cabin offers plenty of room to spread out while still feeling cozy. Warm wood interior, handcrafted rustic furniture, vaulted ceilings and large floor to ceiling windows create the ultimate cabin atmosphere.

ENTRY

The front door is equipped with an electronic keypad and you will receive a personalized door code 48 hours before check-in. Check-in 4pm/Checkout 10am ET. If you need an early check-in or late check-out an additional fee may occur.

High-Speed Wireless internet and Smart TVs in each bedroom and common spaces.

KITCHEN

Fully stocked kitchen with refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, pots, pans, crockpot, baking sheets and dishes, plates, cups, mugs, wine glasses, serving platters and bowls, utensils, knives, Keurig drip pod/coffee maker, electric kettle, electric griddle, kid plates, cups, bowls, and utensils, salt, pepper, and cooking oil

AMENITIES

We provide start-up supplies including paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, trash can liners, toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner. Depending on the length of your stay you may need to purchase additional items on your own.

We have a combination Keurig drip/pod coffee machine. We provide a start of coffee pods, sugar, sugar substitute, creamer cups, and hot chocolate.

We decorate for Christmas each year with a large lighted tree, ornaments, front door wreath, stockings, decorative pillows and throw and table centerpiece.

SECURITY

We have an exterior camera at front door and an exterior camera in driveway. NO indoor cameras.

HOT TUB AND POOL

The water in the hot tub is emptied and cleaned and filled with new water before each guest to ensure cleanliness, due to this it may not be hot until later in the evening on the day of check in - but it will be sparkling clean! Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub and you are not allowed to use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or are pregnant. Use the hot tub at your own risk.

The indoor heated saltwater pool is preset to a lukewarm temperature, about 80-84 degrees. Absolutely no diving in the pool.

No Pets - we love our pets but we realize some guests might be allergic so we have a strict no pets policy
No alcohol in the hot tub, no going in hot tub if you are pregnant or have been drinking alcohol
No food or glass near the pool or hot tub
No fireworks on property
