This charming villa is ideal for groups or large families and enjoys a peaceful and privileged location overlooking Cala Esmeralda bay. The rooftop terrace offers stunning sea views. Cala Esmeralda is a beautiful bay in the resort town of Cala d'Or on Mallorca's southeast coast. Two wonderful beaches are less than 10 minutes away. The center of Cala d'Or, with its pedestrian zone, shops, open-air bars, restaurants, and cafes, is just a 12-minute walk. The renowned and fashionable marina is also worth a visit.

The ground floor of the villa features a living room and dining room, each with direct access to the pool terrace. The spacious kitchen is accessible from the dining room. There are also two bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. Both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. Upstairs, you'll find a second living room with access to a small terrace and three bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. Two bedrooms are furnished with two single beds each, and one has a double bed.

Sun loungers surround the 8 x 5 m swimming pool, and a covered terrace with an adjacent built-in barbecue invites you to enjoy long, relaxing evenings grilling outdoors.

The bedrooms have sensor-controlled air conditioning, which only operates when all doors and windows are completely closed. Air conditioning is available for limited use from 6:00 PM to 10:00 AM. 24-hour air conditioning is available upon request for an additional daily fee.
