'Rebel without a Cove' is strategically located in a quiet cove around the point from the beautiful Shanghai Marina. Your family and friends will spend all day swimming and in the pristine water of Norris Lake. Spend all evening fishing from the dock, relaxing by the firepit, playing billiards, and feasting your grilled burgers & steaks.

Bring your own boats and park in the two covered slips and two more on the dock outer edges. Launch boats at the free nearby community. No boat? No worries! Simply rent from the numerous, convenient watercraft rentals: NorrisOasisWatersports (ask for delivery options), NorrisLakeWaterSports (they deliver and ask for Norris Lake Villas 10% discount), Shanghai Marine (super close), Springs Dock, or Sugar Hollow Marina.

From your dock, idle 2 minutes to unlimited ski water. It is a short boat ride to the wildly famous jumping bridge (Cedar Creek Road bridge).

The kitchen is supplied with all the basic appliances including a propane grill with basic tools and free propane.
The main level and lower level TV rooms have smart TVs for your favorite apps.

The lower level has a billiard table and fold up ping pong table.

The decks overlooking the lake are supplied with seating.
