The holiday house is located in a quiet small village. It is close to the sandy beach, to the city centre of Zadar, the island of Pag and the National Parks: Paklenica, Velebit and Krka.

The ground floor of the two-storey house is for rent. When it is rented, the upper floor is locked and remains unoccupied - this means that you have the whole house and outside area all to yourself.

The ground floor is about 75 m² and consists of the following rooms: a living room with a flat-screen TV and a sofa bed (for two persons). There is also a bedroom next to it, which is furnished with a double bed. In addition there is a fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, coffee maker and dining area, as well as a neighboring bathroom with shower and bidet. A quiet place, few inhabitants, the beach is about 1700 meters away. The beach is shallow sandy, Kamenita beach about 4 km away The city center with its restaurants and supermarkets is about 16 km.
