Great spot that served as a better alternative for two people instead of the hotels. Clean and well maintained and comfortable unit that was easy to find.
We were in the area visiting family so we spent most of our time over at their place. It was nice, quiet and clean. And, it was big enough to have others over for games or visiting if desired. I'd book it again!
Master bedroom sheets were not changed had three large pee stains in sheet and mattress pad. A lot of hair on sheets. I had to change them myself luckily pee did not go thru to mattress pad
Large used bandage in bathroom drawer. Towels were left in dryer with note from cleaner saying there wasn’t enough time to finish dishes in dishwasher not know if they had been washed. Only one laundry pod had to wash clothes by hand. No instructions for anything tv did not get local channels. No broadcast antenna. No switch for garbage disposal light bulbs out in master bathroom. All reported sat night at 1045 pm never fixed. Someone called and stated I would be getting a refund which I definitely believe I am entitled to. Vacasa did not do their job. House did not smell clean when we arrived. Very disappointing compared to vrbo where we stayed before.

Thank you for your feedback, Susan. We understand that cleanliness is of utmost importance and we deeply regret that the home was not up to your expectations upon arrival. This is certainly not the level of service we strive to provide to our valued guests. Rest assured, we have taken your comments seriously and have addressed the matter with our cleaning crew to ensure this is an isolated incident. We made our local operations manager to ensure that all information about the home is clear. We hope that you will give us another opportunity to provide you with a much-improved experience in the future.
funniest thing about this townhouse is that the entire second floor sub flooring was installed incorrectly. You can't take a step in any direction throughout without the floor creaking. We invited our guests to check it out for the entertainment value. But it will wake your bedmate if they are a light sleeper.
Very clean except for the mouse droppings on the front stoop with the disintegrating sisal door mat.
Not senior friendly. The bathtub/shower was 20" off of the floor with no grab bar. Both my husband and i had a hard time getting into it. Steep narrow staircase to second floor.
I was slatted to make the thanksgiving dinner but this unit had no hand mixer, potato masher, baking dishes or blender. Although the pots, pans, dishes and flatware were very nice. The neighbors played excessive base late (11:30pm) two of the 6 nights we were there. Loud enough to interfere with our tv viewing. This vacasa unit has 10 noise monitoring devices mounted to the first floor ceiling to monitor noise level of the occupants but not the neighbors. This unit and the housing complex as a whole is not set up to support recycling. There is no bbq. The unit has one end table on the far end of the couch not placed conducive to tv viewing. Each bed had only one night stand. There were not enough places conveniently located to place a beverage or our cpap machines. It could use a coffee a table and 2 additional night stands. We did find a lot of good restaurants, tucanos brazilian grill, and l
