Stay cozy with central heating and AC, and enjoy the convenience of a private lot with a patio and an outdoor shower. The prime location offers easy access to dining, coffee shops, and the stunning Windansea beach. You will be walking to the beach, coffee, shops. The master suite is in the back of the house, creating a private space away from the rest of the house.
