Nestled just across the road from the sparkling shoreline, our home offers a peaceful escape with private, shared community beach access.
Whether you want to kayak, hike, ski, or simply relax, our location is convenient for exploring all Maine has to offer - no matter the season.
The space
The entry level is a full basement with ping pong table, Pac Man, TV, and games.
One of the full bathrooms (shower, no tub) are on this floor, as well as a washer/dryer.
On the main floor there are 2BR and a full bathroom with tub.
There is also a third floor loft with two full beds, one with a trundle, and a half bath.
The community beach is private, and can be accessed by a short 3-5 minute walk.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
1. Kitchen: Please leave any clean, wet dishes on the drying mat upon check-out.
2. Linens: Strip used beds. Place all sheets and towels on the floor of the basement bathroom/laundry room.
3. Trash: Please empty the kitchen trash upon check out.
The exterior bin is located next to side porch/kitchen door. Please make sure the top is secure to prevent attraction to wildlife.
4. Remotes: Return TV remotes to their bases and fan remotes to the marked bin.
5. Lock Up: Ensure all windows are closed and the kitchen/side door is locked.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
