Fantastic home and Taunya was an excellent host. Property was very clean, beds very comfortable, and we had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. Safe area with plenty of close by conveniences. All our questions were quickly responded to by Taunya in a helpful and friendly manner. We would definitely stay here again.

This property was absolutely gorgeous. The beds were very comfortable and the house was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked for everything we needed to make meals. Lots of room for my group!! The outside was very serene and relaxing. The property is located in the perfect location. The neighborhood was safe and made our group feel welcome. Our host Taunya was very pleasant and communication was always prompt. We would rent the property again when in the Salt Lake City area! Thank you!!

love the neighborhood in Holladay. It’s a very safe and peaceful area with a truly charming feel. Holladay is also very walkable, with wonderful restaurants, friendly people, and a quaint cottage-style atmosphere that feels unlike anywhere else in Utah. It’s simply pristine.

What makes this property unique

What I love most about my home and the Holladay area is the peaceful setting. The front yard features a beautiful pond with a stream running alongside the property, and you can hear the gentle sound of the water throughout the spring and summer. Mature trees provide wonderful shade and add to the serene atmosphere. The home itself is nearly 100 years old and has the charm and character of a Swiss-style country home, quaint, comfortable, and full of warmth. I especially love the high ceilings and the inviting feel that make it both spacious and cozy.
