The setting feels wonderfully removed from everything, yet Colorado Springs, the U.S. Air Force Academy and many of the area’s best-known attractions are within an easy drive.

• Second-floor king bedroom — shares a large full bathroom with one other king bedroom
• Spacious second-floor king bedroom — shares the same large full bathroom
• Main-floor queen bedroom — private en suite bathroom with walk-in shower
• Main-floor king bedroom — direct access to a full bathroom with walk-in shower, also accessible from the main living area
• Lower-level bedroom — two standalone twin beds plus a twin-over-twin bunk bed; sleeps four

The lower level also has a full bathroom with a tub/shower combination serving the bedroom, game room and theater area.

A LOWER LEVEL MADE FOR FUN

You may have a hard time convincing everyone to leave the house.

The expansive lower-level game room is designed for spending time together, with a pool table, foosball, specialty chess table and game/card table.

An English-inspired pub adds another gathering space and a little unexpected character — a fun place for conversation, cards or an evening drink without ever leaving home.

Nearby, the private theater features a massive 100-inch screen for movie nights, big games or settling in after a day of exploring Colorado.
