Oliver Beach House
We offer great amenities such as a full size kitchen with brand new appliances and gorgeous dining room table, big grassy private backyard, large outdoor seating around a glass fire pit, dining area, brand new high quality furniture and bedding, and beach equipment such as chairs, cooler boogie boards, and some kids toys. The entire beach house was designed with taste in mind.
Oliver Beach House is perfect for families - we prefer no spring breakers, bachelor/bachelorette parties, or other rowdy groups.
Guest Access
All parts of the home are welcome for your private and exclusive use. Garage is prohibited for guest entry, but three parking spaces in front and around garage are there for your use.
Other Things To Note:
There are surveillance cameras on the outside of the house. No cameras on the inside.
There is also an Alexa speaker and google nest hub, but mikes can easily be turned off at top of devise.
Were require government issue id's from guests.
