South Facing, prime lake front home, 10 minutes from Walt Disney World® Resort!
This luxurious 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home has its own 50’ very private screened pool area complete with its own children's pool and is located in a prime position on the resort of Sunset Lakes a peaceful gated subdivision, situated less than 10 minutes from Walt Disney World® Resort's entrance and conveniently located for other attractions, shopping and restaurants. This tasteful home provides relaxed vacation living with a high-end gourmet kitchen with granite work tops, range oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator-freezer along with all the extras you would expect namely a Keurig, blender, electric Kettle etc. A breakfast nook and family room with 75” Smart TV has a cathedral ceiling with views extending over the pools to the lake beyond. A wall of sliding patio doors leads you on to a large lanai for alfresco dining making the most of Florida's warm balmy evenings. There is also a formal lounge and dining area. A washer and drier are provided for guest's use in the laundry room with plenty of towels, pool towels and spare linens available. In the garage there is Foosball table and Ping Pong Table providing that little extra entertainment. Two beautifully appointed ensuite Master Bedrooms make this an ideal home for two families to share without compromise. A further two twin bedded rooms are also available, one of which is themed to everyone's favorite mouse, Mickey! Smart TV 's are located also in all bedrooms and the home also offers high speed WiFi.vPool heat can be booked for an additional fee on request. In addition to the home's amenities, Sunset Lakes has its own community swimming pool and children's playground, with fishing from the garden on a catch and release basis.
