“Sea Spot - Down!” Ideal Location & Beach Access!
Enjoy your vacation at THE BEST LOCATION on Folly Beach!! Sea Spot sits right on the first block of East Arctic Avenue. Only 1/2 block to all the restaurants and nightlife on Center Street, and just steps to beach access across the street. It doesn`t get any better than that on Folly!
Sea Spot `Down` is the lower level of a top and bottom duplex property on E. Arctic Avenue. Sea Spot `Up` is the upper level and also a vacation rental.
Down comes with parking for two (2) vehicles in the driveway on the right side of the house. 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, living area with new leather couches and a full dining table. Each bedroom has a large mounted Roku TV with complimentary cable stations using the Xfinity app. The larger bathroom was just remodeled with a new custom tiled garden tub/shower and new tiled flooring. Just relax in the shade or eat dinner on the large private porch.
Other amenities on the property include a washer and dryer, outdoor shower to wash off the sand, 4 beach chairs, 2 large beach mats, one umbrella and 8 beach towels. The kitchen also has plenty of utensils and pots/pans for cooking, as well as wine glasses and outdoor beverage glasses for drinks on the porch.
