Unwind at this peaceful oasis on the Rappahannock River in this lovely 3-bedroom, 1.5-bath cottage only a few miles from the town of Urbanna! Located in Kilmer's Point, where you can use our bikes or bring your own golf cart to enjoy cruising through this lovely community.
Enjoy stunning sunrises over the river, relaxing in Adirondack Chairs with your morning coffee. This retreat is the perfect spot to enjoy fishing, crabbing, and kayaking from our dock. After experiencing our outdoor shower, relax at dinner at "Something Different", an award-winning local favorite, then enjoy a game of Putt-Putt and a refreshing ice cream cone at Bethpage Miniature Golf and Ice Creamery. Or grill out in the backyard, then enjoy the lovely river breezes at our cozy fire pit.
Whatever you choose, it will be a great way to make lasting family memories.
