Delight in 3,800 square feet of luxe living space at this 4BR/4.5BA resort home in Old Town La Quinta. The home offers a high-end design fused with extravagant details and an unbeatable locale.

The resort-style backyard is equipped with a private pool that has a waterfall feature and spa, an outdoor kitchen, and a firepit.

LIVING AREA

Unwind on the plush sectional and armchairs beside the gas fireplace and enjoy a movie on the 65in TV.

KITCHEN & DINING

The well-appointed and stylish kitchen features stainless steel appliances, including double ovens, a five-burner gas range, as well as two sinks.

Keep the chef company at the kitchen bar for six. Open up two pairs of French doors in the dining area for open-air meals around the eight-seat table in the dining area.

A kitchenette in the pool house is appointed with a sink, coffee maker, mini-fridge, and microwave.

BED & BATH

Find comfort in the expansive primary suite, which features a king bed, outdoor access, and 65in TV. The oversized bath offers a jetted tub, double vanity, and walk-in shower.

The guest bedroom is outfitted with a queen bed, TV, and access to a private outdoor space. The bath is fitted with a walk-in shower.

Perfect house for our adult family getaway

The house was just as described and was in very good condition. Great location for the La Quinta areas as it was close to restaurants, stores, and golf courses. Just wish we could have stayed longer!

PSP February 2022 Getaway

Great time for 3 friends staying at this location with ensuite's for everyone, a great Casita, plenty of seating inside and out, and a great outdoor bar/grill area. Close to old town La Quinta, Costco, Ralph's etc and PGA-West golf as well. Would definitely consider staying again in the future.

Couldn’t be happier with the house and pool! It was so well kept and the pool was like a private oasis! Would definitely stay here again! Very private and plenty of space. So nice that all the bedrooms have their own bathrooms and walk in closets!

True desert retreat

So private but yet we could walk to old town La Quinta. This home is the perfect get away. It’s basically your own world w/ great pool and see nothing but mountains and palm trees and landscape. Each bedroom has its own en suite bathroom so perfect for families and I can imagine for couple retreats. The pool is amazing with hot tub and waterfalls. We will definitely be back

Gorgeous private and comfortable home with 4 bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms make a perfect place for families or several couples. We have stayed here a couple times and love it. Pool is private and surrounded by rock waterfall and hot tub. View the mountains by the outdoor kitchen with misters to keep you cool. Putting green and lots of lush landscaping. Walk to old town for great restaurants

The key pads are award to use. Directions should be simplified. A shorter code for all doors would be helpful.

Family vacation

A great place to stay as a large family holiday. The space is large and didn’t feel to crammed. Everyone had their own bathrooms and rooms. The outside amenities were wonderful. The pool was so great and we spent each day enjoying it. There were some items in disrepair and cleaning wasn’t entirely up to par when we arrived but Vacasa took necessary steps to address it to our satisfaction. We would definitely rebook this property. It was in great distance to everything you need.
