The home was lovely, and we had a very nice stay overall. Unfortunately, my husband had an accident during our trip and wasn’t able to do much, so the location at PGA West ended up feeling a bit more out of the way for us than we had anticipated.Vacasa was wonderful throughout—very responsive and helpful whenever we needed anything, which we truly appreciated.The only minor issue was with the grill, as the lid was broken and wouldn’t close. We asked about it and they told us it was broken by a prior renter. It wasn’t a major problem, but since we cooked quite a bit, having it fully functional would have made things even better.

Everything was great with the house TVs all need to be updated and didn’t work. Very frustrating!

We shared your comments with the local manager, who assured us that all the TVs were checked and are operating as they should. The TVs in the living room and upstairs den are smart TVs with a cable box, and the one in the main bedroom is also a smart TV. We enjoyed having you as our guest and hope to host you again.

Amazing house in PGA West

The house is beautiful in a beautiful location. One of the people staying in the house is an avid golfer and enjoyed golfing on the PGA courses. Our home is in Moorpark, CA so we had to evacuate due to the recent Mountain wildfire. We were so pleased that we were able to evacuate to a beautiful and comfortable house. We were able to easily extend our stay since our evacuation orders hadn't been lifted. What could have been a very stressful experience was made much easier. Thank you so much!

The Palm House is wonderful

Clean and decorated lovely. Quiet, fully stocked kitchen, fire pit, gorgeous views, everything was great. We'll definitely stay here again. We are very happy (and I'm picky). One issue I have is that you can't check in early (had to wait until 4:00) and you have to check out at 10:00 a.m. That's not cool. The house was empty, there was no reason that Vacasa can't be more flexible. But the house is fantastic! Highly recommended.

Gem @ PGA West!

The home was perfect for my wife & mine 35th Anniversary trip. The team @ Vacasa was great about communicating - everything from arrival through departure. The home's location was awesome! We played golf 4 of our 8 days and most courses were within 15-20 minutes. We also dined out many of our nights in downtown La Quinta - about a 15 minute drive. Plenty of great choices close to home. Finally, the homes amenities gave us choices - dining in vs. eating out, indoor or outdoor seating, wi-fi and cable viewing options. The neighborhood was wonderful as well. This unit was close to the pool and workout facilities - making it easy for exercise or relaxation on site if you so choose. I would rent this home again in the future without hesitation! Great job Vacasa Team!
