Completely remodeled in 2019, this Palm Springs vacation villa is spacious and private with everything you and your family will need to enjoy a relaxing vacation. Stylish and modern decor, wood plank tiles throughout the entire house, and plantation shutters give this home a warm and inviting feel. The walls of windows and sliding glass doors provide ample natural light for the family room, dining area, kitchen, and views of the sparkling pool. The spacious living room in this villa provides large comfortable sofas, a 55' TV with DVD and Blu-ray player, and a foosball table for entertaining your friends and family. Plus, the kitchen opens to the dining area and family room and comes fully equipped with black stainless steel appliances, a large island with a gas range, and abundant counter prep space for cooking and conversation. This home enjoys two main bedrooms, each with king-size beds, and three more bedrooms with queen beds. You'll find this Palm Springs California Vacation Villa offers a brand new and expansive backyard that is completely walled and gated for your privacy. What a great stay!!

This was a group trip with friends and we had a great time. The house was perfect and quiet at night. The planes were loud and I wish they didn’t start so early (5:30) but that won’t stop us from maybe returning

Beautiful Home

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was very clean, large rooms, many amenities, games, etc. Only complaint would have been the tv remotes all being in the wrong rooms and some needing batteries. Internet was in and out a bit and effected our tv viewing. But overall, would definitely stay there again. So much to do, foosball, video games, board games, jacuzzi, pool, putting green, cards. Clean and bright and layout was great.

Spacious home with lovely pool

Our family group of 10 really enjoyed our stay at this house. The 5 bedrooms and 4 bathroom home was spacious and clean. The pool and outdoor space is really lovely. Be advised that the home is very close to the airport and you do hear/see every plane taking off from PSP.

Great house for a weekend away with another family!

This house and backyard were beautiful! Very spacious. Kids had a blast between the pool, ping pong, foosball, putting green or spacious frontyard. Beds were comfortable. I wish the showers heads came off wall. Hard to wash the kids hair so we had them take bath instead. AC worked great! Bbq worked. Sucked not being able to play music outside. They had pool floats for the kids (Maybe left from previous guest) ice maker was awesome! I would stay there again for sure!

Worked well for our family vacation with our adult children and their kids. Appreciated having the things we needed to “live” like laundry soap, shampoo, etc. Ice make didn’t work. We did have a leak under the kitchen sink and they handled it promptly and the plumber was very nice and professional. Guys enjoyed the putting green and the pool was lovely and heated as we requested. Very good overall stay. Thank you!!!

Beautiful & Spacious House for Big Group!

This vacation house was perfect for our big group of 9 adults who were in Palm Springs for festival season. We enjoyed the beautiful interior but spent most of our time hanging outside and chilling by the pool. We loved that the kitchen had enough plates, cups and cooking utensils and were grateful for the beach towels that were available to use. Everyone had enough space and their own rooms- we loved the 2 master bedrooms with the tubs! The plane noise wasn’t that bad considering we spent our mornings outside however it is still pretty loud. The whole check in process was easy and we opted for a later check out. Not too many clean up rules but we made sure to leave it nice and tidy. Thank you for this experience! Will definitely consider booking this house the next time we are in PS!

Perfect for Eight

Annually the 8 of us have been vacationing in Palm Springs for approximately 30 years. We have stayed in many houses but this property is one our favorites. The house is very comfortable. All of us can easily sit comfortably in the kitchen and family area as we eat and/or play games. There is some wear and tear on the dining table. Unable to select a drying setting because the dryer is on the top of the stackable. The water in the right side master bathroom shower may run onto the floor. No barrier to keep the water in the shower area. Just be careful. Lastly, if paying to heat the pool, be aware that the sun does affect the pool’s heating system. Overall, this is a great property and we look forward to returning next year. 🥰😊😎🎆

Please know that the comfort and satisfaction of our guests are our top priorities. Our local manager confirmed that the table is still in decent condition, the owner is aware of regular wear and tear, and tablecloths are available. The dryer cannot be relocated, laundry hookups are only in the laundry closet, and space is limited. The step stool is available for shorter guests and smarTV apps - they are working fine for our inspectors, possible user error. We appreciate you bringing these matters to our attention and allowing us to clarify the situation. We enjoyed having you as our guest and hope to host you again.

Nice vacation rental for group

This vacation rental was in a good location in proximity to the airport and downtown area. The check in/check out process and communication with Vacasa was efficient. The house was clean and the backyard area provided our group with something for everyone (fire pit, putting green, pool/spa, grilling area). The only drawback of the house was the internet, our group was unable to connect to wifi and had to use a hotspot from a phone to get the TV's to work. It is also worth noting that the pool and spa are connected. So, if you don't heat the pool, the spa will be cold too. We realized this upon arrival and called Vacasa right away. Their team turned the heat on and sent someone out a few hours later to make sure everything was working properly. It heated up within a day.

Nice House But That Plane Noise Is Bad

Two families (4 adults and 3 kids) stayed here for 1 full week. The Pros - The house was clean and spacious. Having 2 master bedrooms was good for two families. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and dishes. The Cons - This property is directly under the flight path to/from the Palm Springs airport. The planes are LOUD! They start around 5:30am and go all day and well in to the evening. If you are a light sleeper you will for sure be woken up by the noise. Fair Warning - If you want the pool heated you need to pay extra. This is stated in the description but I missed it. I’ve rented several houses with pools and have NEVER had to pay extra to have the pool heated. That was really annoying and unnecessary based on the overall cost of the rental in my opinion. Palm Springs Outdoor Noise Ordinance - You are not allowed to have ANY outdoor music in Palm Springs and this is very strictly enforced. Conclusion - I would not stay at this home again. For future trips I would stay as close to Palm Springs as possible without actually being in Palm Springs proper so that I don’t have to deal with the noise ordinance. I would not stay in the flight path of the airport again and finally, I would pay more attention to any extra fees to have the pool heated and would try to avoid homes that have that fee.

Palm Springs is a small city and everything is near the airport. Each guest is used to a different level of noise in their surroundings. Some may notice the airplanes and some may not. We let guests know there is an additional fee to heat the pool prior to booking and after confirmation. The fee from guests often does not cover what we pay to have the pool heated. We do not add it into the rental costs beforehand because not every guest would prefer to heat the pool and we don’t want to charge them unnecessarily. We understand your frustration with Palm Springs noise rules regarding music. This is city-wide and outside of our control. We hope to have the opportunity to host you again in the future.

Disappointed!

The ad centers around the pool and spa, which we weren’t able to use because the water was frigid! There were instructions on the kitchen counter to heat the pool, which referenced using a tablet, but the instructions said you needed to arrange for heat in advance. No where on the VRBO ad or in my communications with Vacasa was I told or offered an option for a heated pool. Very deceptive! When you rent a desert pool home the last week of December/first week of January, a heated pool should be automatic! Once I realized the tablet that controlled the pool heat was not in the house, I contacted Vacasa to see if I could get the pool heated and was told it was “too late.” It was torture for my kids each day to see a beautiful pool that they weren’t able to use! We would have never rented this home if we had known we weren’t going to be able to enjoy the pool and spa. The home is also directly under the flight path of the airport - planes constantly taking off and landing directly overhead, with no way to drown out the noise because music is not allowed outdoors - not even from your phone! We were told after we had already paid for the house that if we played music outdoors, we would be “removed” from the property! VRBO should require hosts to inform guests BEFORE they pay of important details, including whether or not you will be able to turn on the pool heater in the winter, that you won’t be able to play music, and the home is located directly under the flight path!

We really loved this house. It was very clean and a perfect setup to bring a dog to. We had 7 adults and everyone had more than enough space to hang out together in the common areas. The rooms were nicely appointed with updated bathrooms. We definitely plan to stay here again!

Truly Paradise

Our family of seven enjoyed the abundance of open space, both inside and outside. There is so much about this house that we loved -- there was a putting green which we shared so much fun at. An amazing pool with a hot tub, we all enjoyed just getting up and jumping in the pool or having a nice hot tub before we went to bed. Three of the bedrooms had doors that went right out to the pool so that in itself was truly amazing. We had a outside grill which was amazing and there was also a outdoor sitting area with a propane fireplace (we did not use this only because we just took advantage of the pool and played cards inside in the evenings). The property is directly under the flight path to/from Palm Springs Airport, but it wasn't an issue we actually enjoyed watching the planes come and go. The kitchen was beautifully stocked with anything you would need, very clean, comfortable, with high end furniture -- this property was truly amazing and was better than expected -- we would definitely go back. 5 Stars!!!

Oasis in the Desert

California Vacation Villa was the oasis we needed in the heat. The pool was totally refreshing and cool with the waterfalls and changing lights, as was the jacuzzi. The fire pit was nice for s’mores and the putting green was fun for all in our party. Inside the house had many tvs with all sorts of choices of movies and live tv. There was also a really nice foosball game and plenty of sitting and dining area. Kitchen was stocked well enough and we cooked or barbecued every night. The pictures are an accurate depiction of the house. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and would definitely stay here again.

This home was Beautiful. Super clean, great for my family kids loved the clean pool and the adults love the amazing hot tube. All the room were beautiful and the master is amazing huge tub and an amazing shower. We would love to come back again for sure.

Huge, comfortable, clean, fun!

This house was fantastic! It very much felt like a "luxury" rental. Everything was as-pictured or better than expected - VERY clean, comfortable, high-end furniture, hardware, appliances, etc. The kitchen is beautifully stocked with nice pots and pans, a huge variety of dishware, etc. The pool set-up is so much fun and beautifully done - the beach-style entrance is so great for kids. We did end up heating it as it was quite cold when we arrived and we were very glad we did. All-in-all, we had a great stay and made full use of all the amenities!

A Wonderful House

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood was very nice and the location was close to shopping and attractions making the location quite convenient. It was neat and adequately stocked and organized which was a huge plus. The security gate was also a nice feature and we loved the fire pit!

The Desert Oasis

What an amazing place to stay, you have it all in one property! The house is very cozy, clean and accommodates a large group well! Kitchen was good for cooking, pool awesome for lounging all day and beds are very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

Property as advertised. Pool, house all very clean. Palm Springs has strict noise regulations so music is prohibited outside, OK fine, but we have to listen to passenger jets land and takeoff from the airport. I found this ironic. Also would have liked to enjoy a cigar and Jack Single outside but no smoking on property. All in all the family good time.

Worked perfectly for our family of 10 and one infant, some small miner issues such as locked thermostat at 76 which was too warm for some and battery issues on fan controllers but would certainly stay again great pool and spa
