The apartment comfortably accommodates up to 3 guests and offers a clean, relaxing space to unwind after a day exploring the city. With everything within walking distance, you can park your car and enjoy New Haven on foot.
Enjoy a comfortable stay in this spacious one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment located in downtown New Haven. The bright living area provides a welcoming place to relax, featuring a sofa that’s perfect for lounging and can also be used as an additional sleeping space.
The kitchen is fully equipped with modern stainless steel appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, and all the essential cookware needed to prepare meals during your stay. We take pride in maintaining a thorough cleaning routine so the apartment is fresh and sparkling for every guest.

- Check In and Out: Standard check in is contactless via digital lock. Early arrival at 2:00 PM or a late departure at 12:00 PM can be arranged for a $50 fee each, subject to availability.
- Essentials: We provide a starter set of toiletries and paper products. For stays exceeding 14 nights, guests are responsible for replenishing these items.
- Building Services: Please note that a mandatory monthly extermination service occurs during business hours, and we will notify you in advance if access is needed.
- Mail: We do not have mailbox access for guest use, so please plan accordingly before booking.
Security Deposit
A $350 damage security deposit will be held for this reservation. By booking, guests agree that any damages, missing items, excessive cleaning, or violations of house rules may result in charges against this deposit.
All damages will be documented and shared if applicable.
