Excellent stay

Our family enjoyed the beach home which was absolutely beautiful. It was extremely accommodating with private bathrooms for each bedroom. The communications with the property manager was easy and helpful. I would highly recommend staying at the property. We will definitely book again.

Staycation

We are from southern california and love staying in newport beach for a short get away. This is one of our favorite places we’ve stayed. Loved being close to Balboa Fun Zone, ferry and beach. There was something to do for everyone. The parking included is very helpful.

Gathering Spot In Newport

Our large wedding party was easily accommodate in this property. Lots of bathrooms, modern kitchens, rooftop decks with great views. Being able to use the garages was a big help. The management team was responsive and well organized. Checkout was simple. Location is great for activities further down the peninsula.

We had a PERFECT experience here! Everything was immaculate and Nazita was available for any needs. But because everything was already amazing, we didn’t need to contact her. We had the perfect stay that was comfortable with memories to last a lifetime. Thank you, Nazita!

Great for family & friends!

Literally, a stone's throw away from Balboa Fun Zone, walking distance to the water (front & back) & everything you could need (food, shops, restaurants). The 4 spaces available for parking was a bonus when parking in the area is so scarce. Owner/Manager was communicative, friendly & quick to respond. I would not recommend for those traveling with elders, as there are lots of stairs in both units, but wouldn't deter us (athletic 40-somethings) from staying here again!

Great location

Perfect for hosting a large family. We had ages 2-80 years old. While our stay was short the stairs might be an issue for anyone with limited ability. Each bedroom is on separate level. Lots of stairs. The place is absolutely beautiful and plenty of room/privacy. We loved it.

Family Vaca

Great location. Space was perfect. Loved having the parking spaces. Coffee maker in Unit A stopped working (Keurig). The description said there were children plates and utensils, but there were none. Need a baby gate with all of the stairs. Not enough towels - bath towels...need more then 1 kitchen towel and each bathroom should have hand towels hanging. Need more paper towels, one was not enough. Also, it would be nice if there was a water filter to avoid buying all of the plastic bottles. Overall...it was awesome. Thanks

We had both units for our family and friends. It’s an amazing property with 2 separate entrances and garages. Everything was clean and comfortable. Location was great as you’re within walking distance of the beach, bay, restaurants, and fun zone. Communication was great throughout the stay. We would stay again next year. This was our favorite home thus far in the last 5 trips.
