Peaceful, Serene, Private. Without the Middle-of-Nowhere part.

This Kingston / Harriman house boasts one inviting bedroom with a queen bed. Guests will enjoy a lovely living room featuring a comfortable sofa bed, perfect for relaxing or extra sleeping space.

Just bring a toothbrush! Everything else you need is provided --- dishes, pots and pans, coffee makers, toaster, refrigerator with ice maker, washer / dryer and much more! You can unpack your clothes and you are ready for the lake!

Very private with lovely views of the main channel, yet on a private cove. Swimming and boating off the private dock promises loads of summer fun! Large yard with swings for the kids.

Here for the fishing? Perfect location! 3 minutes by boat to Kingston boat slips - and you can tie off your own boat at my dock. Anglers love the cove and I see large fish caught near my dock every week!

A shared private dock is perfect for anglers participating in fishing tourneys. The road distance is 3.4 miles from Kingston Gravel Pit Park boat ramp.

The home stays cozy with heating and cool with AC, ensuring a pleasant stay year-round. A clean and well-stocked bathroom with shower completes the space.

Whether you’re unwinding after a day of exploring, fishing in Watts Bar Lake, enjoying water sports or simply craving some quiet time, this enchanting house offers a phenomenal retreat.

The property was perfect for my Dad. Having a covered dock so close to where you are staying is a GameChanger. The house felt so cozy and comfortable. The hosts, Dee & Dave were the Best. They were helpful and went above & beyond to make sure their guests had everything they needed to make their stay comfortable & memorable. Also, the property is very private, safe and great for a small family. Thank you Dave & Dee for your hospitality and taking such great care of my Dad and his grandson while they were in town for the State Bass Fishing Tournament. Joan

Watts Bar Lake is both quiet and vibrant simultaneously. Anglers love the fishing and families enjoy the water sports and boating! The house is very private with no neighbors close by. Convenient to I-40 as well as to many boat ramps.

What makes this property unique

Lakefront with a boat dock - bring your boat and tie up to the dock! Boat trailers can be parked on the property after you put in at Kingston Gravel Pit boat ramps. Large yard, gas grill, deck are all ready for outdoor enjoyment!
