The condo was clean, fresh linens and towels. Enjoyed being so close to the boardwalk and beds were so comfortable to sleep in. Beautifully decorated. Enjoyed the view of the bay as we sat and drank our morning coffee.

Oceans Calling Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was nice, it was in a great location for the Oceans Calling festival which was unfortunately canceled. David and Rhonda were friendly and responded quickly to emails. They went above and beyond by providing a partial refund when we had to leave early due to flooding and a voluntary evacuation due to the Nor'easter.

Everything was great. Condo was clean, kitchen was stocked (minus a can opener), and it was the perfect location. Personally didn’t like having to put the bedding on the beds upon arrival. Also, wasn’t a fan of the comforter not being provided clean like the sheets and towels. I threw them in the washer. Other than that, communication with host was great. We would stay again.

Perfect spot for everything OC! 2 block walk to the rides, boardwalk, beach, M.R. Ducks, boat trips and more! The unit was quiet with a great view of the bay and the boardwalk from the balcony! The host was quick to respond to any questions. We had one parking spot but were able to easily find another free spot for our other vehicle. The unit has everything you need to cook meals and there are plenty of ice trays to fill your cooler or water bottles for the day. Linens and towels are provided which is a plus.The hubs loved sitting on the dock overlooking the bay while enjoying his nightly cigar.I will definitely book again next time I visit OC.

We had a great stay! The condo was in an excellent location, and offered great value for the price. While the decor and furnishings are a bit dated, everything was well-maintained and comfortable. The host was very responsive and helpful with all my questions prior to our stay. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely book this condo again:)

Check in was easy, location was great, prime location. I hope in the future they get a new cleaning crew. The bed spread and a few rags had stains, the dishwasher was full of dirty dishes from the last person and stunk. The cleaning lady showed up 20 mins before check out and rushed us out.

There was sand on the bed no king fitted sheet and the pillows were super flat. Bathrooms could use renovations specifically the showers. The owner was very responsive when we called. Have to make up up own beds and remove your linen off the beds prior to departure. I don't think the comforters are being washed because you leave that on the bed. Great location to the beach.
