Clean and sufficient. Stairs could be an issue. Parking a little tight. Close to shopping.

This is a decent property in the middle of central Ludington. It is walkable to shops, restaurants and attractions. Bed was comfortable, Unit is very basic-no hand soap in kitchen, 1 roll of toilet paper, no shampoo in shower, carpets were visibly soiled.
This location was perfect for the wedding venue that we were in town for. Everything that we needed to get to was in walking distance. Having 2 younger kids and being able to walk short distances to get places was a huge plus! Would recommend this location for any kind of stay!
I went to ludington with my best friend for a girls trip. This property was in walking distance to so many great restaurants and shops. Easy check in process, place was clean and smelled nice. Location was very well described and easy to find. Over all, had such a great experience! Definitely would consider booking here again.
Walking distance to restaurants, night life, shopping, town and beach. Clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend! Only 2 things I wish they had; a hair blow dryer and a smart TV where we could stream youtube, hulu, etc.
Impressed with the location, near shopping, bars, restaurants, museums and walking distance to the beach <30 minute walk - 3 minute drive. We played put put put gold and enjoyed the beach/lighthouse. Apartment was adorable, clean, and had everything we needed. Thank you for letting us stay!
We had a nice time at this condo! The location was great for walking to shops and restaurants! It was difficult to keep the bedroom cool without making the living room freezing…a ceiling fan in the bedroom would have been really helpful. But overall the condo was cute and functional, and we really enjoyed our trip to Ludington!
I had a great stsy! The property was perfect for just me, close to my favorite bars and restaurants! The photos showed TV in the bedroom, which does not exist, and the parking is atrocious! I was supposed to have assigned parking but spent most of my stay parked on the street! I mentioned the parking to the property manager as soon as I got there and nothing was done about it until three days later! I love Ludington I go every year and I would definitely stay here again. The property manager responds very quickly and answered all of my questions. The parking is truly, my only complaint.

I am truly sorry about the parking situation. We have worked on this, but nothing seems to keep people from parking there. I was working behind the scenes even though you didn't see a result immediately. Working now on a better solution for next year. However, when you are in a downtown environment parking is going to be an issue sometimes.
Was very clean and well decorated great location was within walking distance to downtown shops restaurants and breweries.
There was only two negative items whatever they use in the building to clean the condos really affected girlfriends asthma Right after we checked in or they clean something The other thing was, the bed was very uncomfortable but overall, we both enjoyed the stay
Thrilled with our condo being so clean, no smell, no dirty fingerprints on light switches, etc.!! I felt right at home and comfortable. We were right in town with a dedicated parking spot and could see our car from the window. Definitely recommend these condos. 5 ⭐️
This property had a great location. Easy walk for shopping or going to the water. The mattress on the bed was a little uncomfortable (we were forced to sleep in the middle as the mattress sunk into the middle). The shower was nice and hot for two people, however when 4 people had to shower it became cold. Property owner informed us about the parking but it was a little tight. Other than that the place was nice and clean.
Location was awesome. Within walking distance to everything. Communication with owner was great. Details on how to get there and how to access was great.
Couple issues- tub drained SO slow so was dirty. Coffee maker didn’t work. And the apartment smelled like mildew.
Ductless A/C unit is on the living room wall and if you close the bedroom door it won't cool in there....have to rely on the windows in the bedroom.

Quiet Hideaway in downtown Ludington
Overall, we had a good 2 night stay. The beds were comfortable, the apartment roomy and well-stocked. Everything was very clean except for the carpets, which were VERY dirty. Our feet were black after walking on them. The host was very hard to get a hold of. No phone number, just emails that I was sent a code to get into, but it didn't work. The only items that would be good to include would be: a plastic spatula to use on the non-stick pans (only metal spatulas were included; better ice cube trays (those included were cracked & flimsy), a dish cloth, kleenex, bath soap, & shampoo. Even though the location was downtown, it was very quiet. We enjoyed that the shops and restaurants were within walking distance, with just a short drive to the beach and state park.
