Aspen Acres Cabin with BBQ and Private Deck

This open-concept guest suite rental offers a calming retreat away from the hustle and bustle of the big city. Situated on 21 acres, you will have access to easy walking trails, a private fire pit, and you can even take a look at our thriving bee hives.



The rental can sleep 4 with one queen bed and one trundle that opens into a queen. A full bathroom is provided. The open-concept kitchen includes a coffee maker, kettle, toaster oven, toaster, microwave and mini-fridge. A private deck offers seating for four and a barbeque. A small selection of board games are available for family fun. The guest suite is also fully heated / air conditioned.



Ample parking is available during your stay. We can also accommodate larger vehicles and trailers if you wish to travel with sporting equipment such as a boat or ATVs. A short 20-minute drive will get you into Owen Sound, where you can take advantage of the many seasonal activities offered.



This is a true glamping experience. Guests will need to provide their own linens (bedding, pillows, towels) and kitchen supplies (dishes, cutlery, etc). We kindly ask that you take all garbage and recycling with you. A limited amount of firewood will be available so we recommend bringing your own. Also, while fishing and hunting are prohibited on our property, there are many local areas where you may partake in those activities.



This is a working hobby farm. While every effort is made to respect your privacy, there may be times when you can see us moving around. Also, the guest suite is also located above our four-car garage which means at times, you may be aware of us starting vehicles.



Note: During the winter months, our trails are not maintained, but you are still able to access them (snowshoes would probably be best for this). Additionally, unfortunately, our fire pit will be inaccessible during the winter.
