Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Collect towels (damp items) and place in hamper near the washer.
The porch light off of the kitchen stays on.
Ensure that A/C and fans are off and in winter set the thermostats to 55°.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
If you choose to smoke outside, do not place butts in firefit or on ground. A $50 littering fine will be imposed.
Please clean the grill after using it. My cleaner would charges more if she has to clean it. I'd like to remain affordable.
