Disliked: Cleanliness, communication, location, listing accuracy
Would not recommend. Unit was dirty. Advertised private hot tub. It is not. Balcony was unusable most of our stay because the entire complex was being painted. Shower on second floor was not usable because of water pressure. Stairs to loft are not pictured. More like a ladder and unsafe for older travelers in our group. I reached out on arrival with issues. Was told I’d be contacted the next day. No communication from manager of unit. Very poor. Would not recommend this unit or any others managed by SkyRun.
