Absolut perfekte Wohnung gerade für Familien mit Kindern, da die obere Etage über genug zusätzlichen Platz zum Spielen verfügt. Die Ausstattung mit Spülmaschine und allen anderen gewünschten Annehmlichkeiten lädt auch einmal zum Selberkochen ein. Es fehlt an nichts. Die Lage nur wenige Meter vom Park, den Gaststätten, den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und dem Strand ist außergewöhnlich. Selbst der angrenzende Döner King ist zu empfehlen. Da wir fast allein im Haus waren, war eine absolute Stille gegeben.

Die Wohnung ist neu und modern eingerichtet. Auf 2 Etagen sind jeweils ein Badezimmer und ein Schlafzimmer. Im Wohnbereich ist eine offene Küche mit einem großen Esstisch, das hat uns sehr gefallen. Die Villa Augusta befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Zentrum und zum Strand.

Eine tolle Wohnung mit Allem was man braucht und vor Allem mit genug Platz. Super ist die Garderobe. Eine große Stange für Jacken und viel Platz für Schuhe. Anordnung von TV, Soundbar und Lademöglichkeiten für Handy, Tablet usw. sowie sind kleine Dinge, die wir als sehr angenehm empfunden haben. Duschen im oberen Bad geht nur im Sitzen und die Betten im Obergeschoss sind eher für Kinder geeignet, auf Grund der Dachschrägen. Alles in Allem eine tolle Wohnung und trotz Lage im Zentrum sehr ruhig.

zentral gelegene Wohnung. Leider ist diese mit Teppichboden ausgelegt. Für Allergiker mit Hausstaubmilbe nicht unbedingt geeignet. Die Whg. liegt im 2 Obergeschoss. Die vorhandene Dusche hat einen sehr hohen Einstieg und es war leider keine Anti-Rutsch-Matte vorhanden; Haltegriff und Badvorlage waren ebenfalls nicht vorhanden. Ansonsten war die Whg ruhig. Die Whg hat zwar Internet, aber leider nicht immer zuverlässig. Auch muss man hier für jeweils 1 Woche einen Code eingeben. Diesen bekommt man allerdings bei der Schlüsselübergabe ausgehändigt
