Spanning two levels, the approximately 70 m² holiday apartment offers plenty of space for six people to enjoy a break from everyday life. The apartment features a living and dining area, three bedrooms, a kitchenette, and a bathroom with a shower. The distance to the beach from the Papillon complex is approximately 250 m.<br><br>From the living area, you have access to the furnished balcony. The bright living room is equipped with a cosy couch and a dining area for six people. For entertainment, you’ll find a flat-screen TV, a DVD player, a stereo system, and a selection of games.<br><br>In the fully equipped kitchenette, which was recently renovated, you’ll find a dishwasher, a ceramic cooktop, an oven, a microwave, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. The bedroom on the lower level is furnished with two single beds (90 x 200 cm) and a wardrobe. The flooring throughout the lower level is laminate.<br><br>An interior staircase leads to the attic, which features two additional bedrooms. Both bedrooms are each equipped with a double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm) and a wardrobe. Roller blinds are provided in all sleeping areas to block out the light. The flooring on the upper level is also laminate.<br><br>The newly renovated shower room on the upper floor features two sinks and a separate toilet. A high chair and a cot are available for younger guests. A handcart is included in this holiday rental (subject to availability). Bicycles can be parked in the bike rack next to the house. Pets are not allowed in this non-smoking apartment.<br><br>Free Wi-Fi (subject to availability) is available in House 9. You can use coin-operated washing machines and dryers in the building’s basement. Outdoor parking spaces are located right next to the house.
