Holiday Rental No. 12 in the Likedeeler complex is a 2-room apartment that sleeps up to 4 people.

The approximately 48 m² apartment is located on the ground floor and has a south-facing terrace. It also features a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower. The beach is just 70 metres away.

The living room is modern and tastefully furnished. A flat-screen TV and a stereo system with a micro-audio system for iPod provide entertainment. The sofa bed (160 x 190 cm) offers a comfortable place to sleep for 2 people. You can step out onto the south-facing terrace directly from the living room.

The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm) and a large, 3-door wardrobe. The entire apartment has tile flooring. The bedroom has laminate flooring. The living area has blinds, and the bedroom has pleated shades and curtains.

The well-equipped kitchen has everything you could want: a dishwasher, a 4-burner ceramic cooktop with an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave, and plenty of dishes and glasses—you’ll find everything you need for cooking and dining here.

The shower room impresses with its modern chic: a floor-to-ceiling shower with a low-threshold entrance made of safety glass and a heated towel rack create a cosy atmosphere.

You can park your car in the underground garage, and there’s also a bike storage room. Additionally, the complex offers Wi-Fi (subject to availability), an lift, and coin-operated washing machines and dryers (shared use). A maximum of two pets are allowed in this property!

Booking Information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. Bed linens and towels are not included. You can rent them from us for a fee (not made up).

The Likedeeler holiday complex is located on Ostseeallee in the centre of Boltenhagen. The beach is about 70 metres away. Popular restaurants and cafés are located in the immediate vicinity.
Dogs are allowed in some apartments.
Most apartments are equipped with Wi-Fi.
You can safely park your car in the building’s underground garage (maximum vehicle height: 2.0 metres). From there, you can easily take the lift to your floor.

The Likedeeler holiday complex features modern architecture and is conveniently equipped with an lift. The individually and lovingly furnished holiday apartments, each with a large balcony or terrace, invite you to enjoy a relaxing holiday with everything close at hand.
All holiday apartments feature a living-dining area, a kitchenette, one or two bedrooms, and a bathroom with a shower. Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are available in the building’s basement.
You’ll find a bicycle storage room in the underground car park for your bikes.
