Reethaus Am Mariannenweg 15a

The Reet/AM15a holiday home is a 4-room semi-detached house that sleeps up to 6 people.

Spread over three floors, this spacious semi-detached house with a thatched roof features a living room with access to the terrace, three bedrooms, and two modern bathrooms. Together with the attic, you’ll have plenty of space for your holiday here—over 100 m².

On the ground floor of the holiday home, you’ll find the spacious living room with a cosy dining area and an integrated kitchenette. A high chair is also available here. You’ll also find the guest bathroom with a shower and the entryway here.

The south/west-facing terrace is accessible directly from the living room and offers an unobstructed view of the garden. On the terrace, you can make full use of the electric grill provided. A garden sauna is available for a fee, which you can share with Reethaus 15b (you’ll receive the key at the front desk).

A flat-screen TV and a radio/CD player are available in the living room. The modern kitchenette is equipped with an oven, a ceramic cooktop, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a microwave.

The two bedrooms in the attic are furnished with two double beds (2 x 90 x 200 cm) and two flat-screen TVs. Additionally, a travel cot, a washing machine, and a bathroom with a bathtub are available.

In the attic, there is another bedroom with two single beds (90 x 200 cm). A maximum of two pets are allowed in this non-smoking home. Wi-Fi (subject to availability) is available free of charge. A handcart (subject to availability) is available for our guests.

The holiday resort on Mariannenweg is located in a low-traffic area, set back one block from the street. The beach is only about 400 m away. The car park with individual spaces is located right at the resort’s entrance. This holiday home is assigned 1 parking space. You can park additional cars at the nearby public car park for a fee. Access to the resort is controlled by a gate system. Only guests of the Mariannenweg holiday resort have access.

Please understand that barbecuing with gas or charcoal and the use of fireworks are not permitted.

Booking information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. Bed linens and towels are not included. They can be rented from us for a fee (without making the beds).

In addition to the total amount, you will pay a security deposit to ensure the proper return of the holiday property. Your rental deposit is 250.00 €. The deposit is due along with the final payment and will be refunded within 5 business days after departure, provided there are no complaints or defects.

The Am Mariannenweg holiday village, with its exclusive thatched-roof houses, offers you a peaceful and relaxing holiday in Boltenhagen Tarnewitz, located close to the beach. The distance to the beach is approximately 400 m.
Children are warmly welcome in all thatched-roof houses within the holiday village. The resort has its own securely fenced playground. Here, your children can swing high into the air on the various swings, enjoy a ride on the animal-shaped swings, and dig in the sandpit. A table tennis table rounds out the amenities for your older children as well.

Dogs are allowed in many of the houses.
The entire complex offers free Wi-Fi.

The car park, with individual parking spaces assigned to each house, is located right at the entrance to the traffic-calmed complex.

At the Am Mariannenweg holiday complex, exclusive holiday homes with a unique living atmosphere await you. Each of the 20 semi-detached homes features two to three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious living room with an open kitchen, and a generous terrace, and can accommodate four to nine people depending on the layout.
You’re, of course, welcome to drive onto the property to bring your luggage or larger purchases to your thatched cottage.
