Thanks, Bill, I'm so happy you enjoyed the yurt at my little Bee Haven. :) You're welcome back anytime!
The Yurt is a perfect get away for a couple or small group. It was a quiet place close to nature with everything you need if you are looking for a place in the Old Fort area. Communication with the host was excellent, before and during our trip. We really enjoyed our stay. It was the base for a trail race I was running out of Camp Grier. It was only 15 minutes from the start finish line making it easy for me to get to/from the race and for my crew to hang out when they were waiting in between crew access aid stations.Thank you for providing this home away from home.

So charming. I am a writer of Historical romances, and I was able to knock put a full chapter of my next book! Very peaceful. We loved the "bee theme" and the place was immaculate!

I'm so glad you enjoyed the yurt! And thanks for uploading some photos. So sweet! :)
What an amazing stay this was! This was our first yurt experience and I can’t wait to come back! It was perfect for my husband and I anniversary. It was very private and backs up to a stream! It was beautiful and quiet. I really enjoyed my daily visits with the bees. I have fallen in love with bees and to be able to sit and watch them work, so cool! Addionally, the sound of the hives is so peaceful. This place was amazing and might become a regular visit for us. We love to fly fish and there are so many places just a short drive from the yurt. We explored several of the local towns of Old Fort, Marion, and the love of my life, Black Mountain. As a Colorado native, Black Mountain reminds me of home. The Trailhead Restaurant is a MUST. Highly recommend the Skinny Dip Falls; best fish tacos I have ever had. This is a regular stop for my husband and I whenever we are passing through. The One Fly Outfitters is a great fly fishing shop. So helpful. Overall, this is a MUST stay if you are in the area. In addition, Asheville is only like 40-50 mins. away. So this place is quiet, private, clean and cute, and a short distance to a lot of cool places and things to do!! Can’t wait to visit again. Thank you for having us. - Toni & Tony
