vielen Dank, dass Sie sich die Zeit genommen haben, uns eine Bewertung zu hinterlassen.
Es tut uns leid, dass Ihr Aufenthalt nicht Ihren Erwartungen entsprochen hat.
Es ist bedauerlich, dass Sie ein anderes Haus bekommen haben. Das lag an einem Problem in der ursprünglichen Unterkunft, das die Vermietung in den ersten Tagen Ihres Aufenthalts verhinderte.
Wir haben mit der Eigentümerin Rosanna gesprochen, die uns mitteilte, dass beide Häuser auf der anderen Straßenseite des Hafens liegen, also weder weiter noch näher am Meer sind.
Sie sagte uns auch, dass keines der beiden Häuser über W-LAN verfügt. Dies ist nicht als Annehmlichkeit in der Eigenschaft beworben.
Bettwäsche und Handtücher wurden für Sie bereitgestellt, als Sie dies wünschten.
Wir freuen uns über Ihr Feedback, das uns hilft, unseren Service und die Erfahrungen unserer zukünftigen Kunden zu verbessern, und hoffen, Sie bald wieder in einem unserer Häuser begrüßen zu dürfen.
