Located in the east of Mallorca, in Canyamel, the beautiful Villa Albatros enchants guests with its proximity to the sea and a beautiful view. The 276 m² holiday home has bright, modernly furnished rooms. The villa consists of a cosy living/dining room, a very well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 of them en-suite) as well as a guest toilet and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Amenities also include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a washing machine, a dryer and 2 TVs with satellite TV. A baby cot can also be provided upon request. The dreamlike outdoor area boasts a pool (can be heated on request for an cost), a well-kept garden, furnished terraces, sun loungers, lounge and dining areas with a barbecue and an outdoor shower. The nearest sandy beach, Cala Rotja, is 400 m (5 minutes' walk) from the accommodation. A restaurant as well as a supermarket can be reached in a 4-minute drive (2 km).

Lovely villa!

Pros: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Albatros. All the amenities you could imagine, great host Michael was on hand at all times to help us navigate the mod cons of the Villa and available via WhatsApp. Beautiful and quiet location suitable for families. Cons: The travel cot at the Villa did not have a proper mattress so we have to improvise with some bedding, would suggest bringing your own bedding for the travel cot if needed.

Insgesamt ein rundes Urlaubserlebnis.

Pros: Schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage mit allen notwendigen Einrichtungen (Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten) in kurzer Entfernung. Die Ausstattung des Hauses mit dem notwendigen Equipment war mehr als ausreichend. Eigentlich sind es 2 Wohnungen übereinander, so dass mehr als genug Platz für 2 Paare mit Kindern wäre. Wir waren als Gäste 2 befreundete Ehepaare. Wer gerne Golf spielt findet in unmittelbarer Umgebung 4 tolle Plätze.

Unterkunft genau wie auf den Fotos

Tolles, großes, sauberes Haus. Übergabe und Betreuung problemlos. Bei Anliegen war Michael sofort zur Stelle und sehr hilfsbereit. Die Umgebung ist super ruhig, selten so gut geschlafen. Es gibt nichts negatives zu sagen außer, dass der Wasserdruck der Duschen wirklich suboptimal ist und der Herd in der unteren Küche reagiert nicht richtig, war etwas krampfig. Toll war auch, dass schon einige Dinge in der Küche, wie Essig, Kakao und Salz schon vorhanden waren und es mit benutzt werden durfte. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden wiederkommen.

Schöne Finca in ruhiger Lage

Pros: Eine sehr geräumige und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Finca mit tollem Garten und schönem Pool. Endlich einmal angenehme, bequeme Matratzen in den Schlafräumen. Auf Mallorca nicht selbstverständlich! Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Betreuung vor Ort durch Michael. Traumhaft ruhige Lage zum Entspannen. Cons: Die Beleuchtung in der Küche ist leider viel zu dunkel.
