Das Haus, ca 200-300 Jahre alt, hat seinen Charme. Es ist gemütlich und doch modern eingerichtet. Es liegt am Ortsrand in einer wunderschönen Umgebung. Gaststätten und ein Supermarkt sind fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Wanderwege sind auch durch die angebotene Premium Card leicht zu erreichen. Uns hat es sehr gefallen.

Gemütliche Wohnung in zentraler Lage

Uns hat es in der Wohnung gut gefallen, alles liebevoll renoviert. Wir mochten den Charme eines alten typischen Holzhofs sehr gerne. Bei der Buchung sollte man sich bewusst sein, dass man das Haus gemeinsam bewohnt und es keine abgeschlossene Wohneinheit gibt. Uns hat das allerdings nicht gestört. Toll war, dass der Kaminofen immer von dem älteren Paar, dass das Haus als Dauermieter bewohnt, für uns geheizt wurde. Die Lage ist zentral in Oberau an der Hauptstraße, man ist schnell zu Fuß oder mit dem Auto in der Wildschönau unterwegs.

Nette Unterkunft - nette Nachbarn

Das Haus ist aufgeteilt zwischen der Ferienwohnung und einer Wohnung in der ein nettes älteres Ehepaar wohnt. Der Hausflur und die Treppe nach oben werden geteilt.

Ein super Appartement

Alles wie beschrieben. Ruhig und doch zentral gelegen. Sehr sauber. Super freundliche nachbarn im haus. Man hat uns jeden nachmittag den Kachelofen angezündet. Mollige wärme. Küche bad usw voll ausgestattet. Parkplatz 5 meter vor der eingangstür. Sitzguppe mit stühlen vor dem haus. Wir kommen wieder. Beste Grüsse ,Stefan.
