Beautiful 2 bedroom condo only a few minutes walk from the beach and a couple of blocks away from famous 5th Av. The building has an amazing pool with waterfall and comfortable sitting area by the pool where you can enjoy the beauty of a lush garden as you work on your tan or read a book.
