To ensure a comfortable stay for you and our neighbors, please review and follow the house rules below:
• Only registered guests are allowed on the property. No unregistered visitors are permitted.
• Minimum booking age is 25 years old.
• Parties, events, or gatherings are strictly prohibited.
• Smoking is not allowed inside the home.
• Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM in accordance with Miami Beach ordinance.
• The pool must not be used during quiet hours and should be closed from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
• Please treat the home with care and respect the neighborhood and surrounding community.
• Pet Policy - Pets are welcome subject to prior approval. We accommodate up to two well-behaved dogs, each under 30 lbs, with a non-refundable pet fee per stay. Pets are not permitted on beds, sofas, or in the pool, and guests are responsible for any damage, excessive cleaning, or disturbance caused during the stay. We reserve the right to decline certain breeds or larger animals.
These rules are strictly enforced. If you are not comfortable following them, this property may not be the right fit for your stay. Any violation of the house rules may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation and removal from the property without refund.
