Welcome to a spacious, beautifully updated home nestled in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood. Parking is easy with room for up to six vehicles — four in the driveway and two in the garage.

Inside, enjoy an open-concept layout connecting the living, dining, and kitchen areas — perfect for gathering. The living room features cozy seating, a Roku Smart TV, and abundant natural light. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed for home-cooked meals, plus complimentary Keurig coffee to start your mornings right. A large dining table comfortably seats your group.

Sliding glass doors lead to a private backyard retreat with a spacious patio designed for relaxing outdoor enjoyment.

House Rules

No Parties or Events
Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Unauthorized gatherings will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund.

Security Cameras
For safety and property protection, two exterior security cameras are installed — one facing the front driveway and one monitoring the back patio area. There are no cameras inside the home.

Septic System Guidelines
The home is on a septic system. Please flush toilet paper only — no wipes, feminine products, or other items. Improper use resulting in blockages may lead to repair charges.

No Smoking Indoors ($150 fine)
No Pets Allowed
Registered Guests Only
Unregistered or excessive guests are not permitted. Each additional guest will incur a $50 per night fee.

Check-in: After 4:00 PM
Check-out: By 10:00 AM
Late check-out without prior approval will result in a $75 fee.

No Mail or Package Deliveries
Please do not send or receive mail or packages to the property.

Quiet Hours
Quiet hours begin at 9:00 PM in accordance with local ordinances. Please respect neighbors at all times. Violations may result in police involvement, reservation termination, and forfeiture of security deposit.
