Guest Access:

When you park in the parking pad, pass the garage and enter through the first door on your left. Guests with not have access to the garage.



Other Things to Note:

Booking price includes property damage protection fee to cover minor damages done to the property.



Property damage protection is included for any damages, subject to exclusions and limitations that occur to the premises during your rental period. Any damage or accident that is not covered under the policy will be the responsibility of the guest. Damage amounts in excess of damage insurance will be charged to the guest.



Prior to checking in, primary/main guests must complete the online pre-arrival via Charge Automation. This requirement is important for us to gather your travel-related information and ensure that you are well-informed of our property rental terms and conditions. We also offer early check-in and late checkout for an additional fee of $75 if we have the time to between guests to prepare the property. You will be able to request these services when you fill out your pre-arrival registration.



Interaction with Guests:

We are very responsive to messages on the app and will not meet you in person unless there is an issue where you require our assistance. We want your experience to feel as private as possible. If you have any concerns or issues during your stay, please don't hesitate to message us. We prefer communicating through the app but are more than happy to speak with you over the phone in an emergency or time sensitive situation.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
1) Please collect all your trash in the provided trash bags and throw them away in the outdoor trash bins. 2) Leave all used towels in a pile on the bathroom floors.
3) Load all dirty dishes in the dishwasher, insert a dishwasher pod and start it. 4) Return all items to where you found them. 5) Set the thermostat to 72 degrees.
6) Shut off all lights. 7) Lock all the exterior doors and windows.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
You will be required to complete a pre-arrival check-in form that includes a rental agreement required by local regulations.
The pool and tennis courts are shared by the community. Private rental of the pool and pool house is available for an additional hourly rate.
