We are located in the desert with lots of native wildlife. Please be aware this includes snakes, scorpion, mice, coyotes, insects, etc.
No fireworks of any kind. No firearms on property, unless kept locked in vehicle. No events or parties. No third party bookings allowed
No open flames due to fire ban. No fires, fire pits, or fireworks. Propane grill only. Violation results in $250 fine and rental termination.
