"The Sea is everything I want to be. Beautiful mysterious, wild and free ”.

 

This cozy villa is a certain place where relaxation and happiness meet.

It is in a quiet location and offers a wonderful backdrop of nature, vineyards and forests.

The villa invites you to spend a nice Istrian evening on the veranda, just enjoy and feel pure relaxation all over your body.

The rooms are air-conditioned and have en-suite bathrooms. In the garden there is the pool and a playground with swings for the younger guests.

You will definitely not get bored, for the more active we have a fitness room with table tennis and a sauna.

Beautiful and spacious villa

Beautiful and spacious villa with a great pool, perfect for enjoying a relaxed holiday with friends and family. The host was very friendly and had a lovely welcome ready for us when we got there. Only 30-40 minutes from Pula airport

Gute Unterkunft mit schönem Salzwasser-Pool

großer, sauberer und schöner Salzwasserpool (allerdings ohne Heizung) - großer Außenbereich mit Sitzgelegenheiten und Grill - ausreichend Badezimmer zu den Schlafzimmern - Sauna und Fitnessecke (ist wirklich nur eine Fitnessecke im Flur im Erdgeschoss) - Jalousien in den Zimmern zum verdunklen beim schlafen (ist wirklich kein Standard in Ferienunterkünften und war für einen erholsamen Schlaf echt super) Ausstattung ist in die Jahre gekommen und müsste mal erneuert werden (Betten knarzen wirklich bei jeder Bewegung, Küche, Backofen sowie Herd alt) - Rutsche im Außenbereich ist am Eingang gerissen und es stehen spitze Ecken hervor (gefährlich für Kinder) - Im Grillbereich fehlt auch ein Brett auf dem Boden (sollte kein Aufwand sein dieses auszutauschen) - Duschvorhänge schon ausgeblichen und alt - Bettbezug in den Kinderbetten alt und verdreckt (haben dann drauf verzichtet) - Abdeckungen von Stromauslässen in den Zimmern fallen teilweise ab (gefährlich für Kleinkinder) - Sicherung vom Strom fliegt immer raus wenn z.B. Sauna vorgeheizt wird und zeitgleich Backofen und Herd benutzt werden - WLAN ist Luxus in der Unterkunft aber funktioniert nur mäßig und bei Regenwetter teilweise gar nicht

Alles war wunderbar! Sehr netter VermieterIn, das Haus ist sehr sauber und gepflegt, die Natur rundherum ist schön, diverse Ausflugsziele sind nah, die Lage ist sehr ruhig. Es hat uns sehr gefallen! Vielen Dank!

Der schöne Pool war das Highlight. Das Haus war sehr großzügig geschnitten und auch ausgestattet. Wir hatten einen schönen entspannten Aufenthalt. Ein kleines Manko waren die knarrenden Betten und die etwas dünnen Matratzen.

Perfekt für große Gruppen

Wir waren eine Gruppe von 9 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern und die Villa war perfekt dafür. Super ausgestattet und sauber, unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber und sehr schöne, gepflegte Außenanlage. Einzige Kritik: Die Sauna wird nicht wirklich warm, was sehr schade ist, da wir uns sehr darauf gefreut haben und sie letztlich nicht nutzen konnten.
