About this property

469 - Large Studio with Laundry and Patio near SFO, Walmart & YouTube HQ

This is a spacious studio unit with private laundry, work desks, TV, fridge/microwave/water kettle and private bathroom.

It has a Queen bed and a sofa bed that can accommodate up to 3 people.

The unit is located 15 steps up the slope. There's a large patio outside for sightseeing. My family lives in the unit upstairs.

It's conveniently located only 7 mins to SFO, 3 mins to San Bruno Downtown and El Camino Real (highway 82). Walmart and YouTube headquarter are 3 mins drive or 20 mins walk.

Easy street parking in neighborhood.

3rd person will be charged an extra guest fee of $20/night. The 3rd person will sleep on sofa bed and we will provide extra bedding for it.

This location is close to the airport and convenient for getting around from San Francisco to Santa Cruz. It was a quiet neighborhood and worked well since we were out exploring most of our time. However, the mattress was wrapped in plastic and made lots of noise as you moved around in your sleep. The sleeper couch was not very comfortable for our 8 year old to sleep on so keep that in mind if you plan to have a 3rd person stay in the space.
