The interior of the house, built between 2019 and 2020, extends over approximately 45 square meters, enhanced by a 30 square meter covered veranda. A cozy kitchenette equipped with an induction stovetop, microwave, dishwasher, electric kettle, and coffee maker promises moments of culinary conviviality. The living room features a flat-screen satellite TV and a comfortable sofa bed. The master bedroom is expertly furnished to ensure a peaceful night's sleep, while an efficient air conditioning system for the hottest days ensures comfort at all times. Mosquito nets on the windows and a full bathroom with shower and washing machine complete the interior furnishings.

Outside, a small sitting area with armchairs and a table invites relaxation, while a table and chairs allow for al fresco dining. A barbecue with sink and an outdoor shower with hot and cold water further enhance the outdoor experience, surrounded by a lush green lawn. The outdoor comfort is complemented by a reserved parking space, ensuring convenience and exclusivity.
