A beautiful country house in a secluded location near Capdepera in Majorca, The villa Sa Vinyeta de Son Jaumell consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (for an additional fee), a fireplace, washing machine and a TV. A cot and a highchair are also available upon request. Outside, you will find a private pool and garden, as well as a furnished terrace with both open and covered areas, along with a grill. There are also animals around the farm. The nearest supermarkets and shops are in the centre of Capdepera, which is 5 minutes drive away (2.5km). The nearest beach is at the Cala Moll, which is also 5 minutes away by car (3km). Palma de Mallorca and the airport are an hour drive away (75km).

Great stay near Cala Ratjada

The whole facility was super nice clean and well maintained. The terrace and pool area are awesome and perfect for a relaxed pool-afternoon.

A beautiful place

A great Finca with a really great pool in a beautiful location and a magnificent view. Very nice landlords and despite our very late arrival, check-in was no problem at all. There was always someone available to answer questions and make us feel at home. We will definitely come Back again, thank you very much and all the best.

Es war ein rundum gelungener Urlaub. Mietwagen ist notwendig, da Finca schön abgelegen und in ruhiger Lage. Man darf keine Tierhaarallergie haben, da diverse Katzen auf dem Grundstück rumlaufen und teilweise auch auf der Terrasse anwesend sind. Nachbargrundstück mit Pferden und Hunden - für Tierliebhaber etwas ganz besonderes.

Sehr freundlicher Empfang! Gekühlter Wein auf dem Tisch und Wasser im Kühlschrank. Das ruhig gelegende Anwesen war sauber und alles da,was man brauch. Die Kaffeemaschine hat ihre besten Zeiten hinter sich. hinter sich

Nice place in Capdepera

Gemütliche Finca mit sehr schönen Außenbereich. Der Pool ist angenehm groß. Sehr einfacher Check-In aufgrund vorherigem Austausch mit dem Vermieter; ein älteres sehr freundliches Ehepaar. Im Kühlschrank standen zur Begrüßung frisches Obst, Wein und Kaltgetränke. Der Grill steht leider etwas abseits, so dass man das Grillgut erst durch das Haus tragen muss um auf der Terrasse zu essen. Die Ausstattung an Grillbesteck ist verbesserungswürdig. Ansonsten ist alles da, was man benötigt. Die Finca ist innen trotz hoher Außentemperaturen wunderbar kühl geblieben. Sie liegt recht ruhig. Nächster Ort mit allen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ist Cala Ratjada, ca. 2,5 km entfernt. Es war ein sehr schöner erholsamer Aufenthalt.

Phantastische Ferien

Wir hatten 12 sehr erholsame Tage in der sehr schönen Finca bei Capdepera. Zum einen war die Finca genau so wie beschrieben, sehr ruhig gelegen, sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Zum anderen sind die Vermieter sooo gastfreundliche Menschen wie man es selten erlebt. An euch Frau Nieves und Carlos hier nochmals herzlichen Dank für den herzlichen Empfang mit Wasser, Wein und frischem Obst und einem freundlichen Lächeln. Wir werden dort sicher wieder buchen sofern die Bewertung nicht zu viele andere Interessenten anlockt😉. Gruß Christine und Ralf

Wir haben uns sehr gut erholt. Es war sehr schön.

Pros: Lage sehr ruhig, nur mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Ausstattung des Hauses war sehr schön. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Cons: Es war sehr heiß. Auch wenn es gegen 23:00 Uhr kühler wurde, stand die heiße Luft vom Tag trotz aller geöffneten Fenster im Haus. Klimaanlage oder Deckenventilator wäre noch ein Upgrate.
