Location, location, location! If you’re staying in Austin for an event at Darrell K Royal–Texas Memorial Stadium, you really can’t beat this place. It’s about an 8-minute walk to the stadium, which was incredibly convenient. We loved being able to enjoy the first part of the day, walk back to the house to relax, and then easily head back to the game without having to deal with parking or traffic.The home itself is a quaint, cute older home with plenty of charm. It was exactly what we needed for our stay and was in such a great location.We would definitely recommend this place and would absolutely stay here again!

Yesterday My wife has found bug bites after our stay last night.After looking at the mattress we found numerous bed bugs in the southeast bedroom's mattress beneath the straps and along the seems of the mattress. We vacated the premises as soon as this was discovered and confirmed by video and pictures. We left at appx 12 midnight which has caused a substantial burden for to our travel plans. We are taking precautions to separate our luggage. This is unacceptable on many levels. Vrbo should have minimum standards for renting homes to unsuspecting parties. We will be pursuing escalation and resolution via vrbo

This review appears to be entirely false and retaliatory, written in response to our decision not to approve a refund following their request. The photos and videos provided by the guest does not match our property. We have reported this to the platform with all the documentation showing these clear physical discrepancies, along with proof that our property is clean and clear.

Our family of 4 really enjoyed staying in this charming home. The location was perfect for our agenda of visiting UT and the Bob Bullock Museum. We also loved the neighboring park. The host was very easy to communicate with and we are looking forward to staying here again.

Great location to all things UT. Host was extremely quick in responding to messages. Price was incredibly affordable. Loved the dedicated parking spaces. The house is adorable with lots of gathering and sleeping space. Thank you for allowing us to spend our orientation week here!
