The main level is designed for gathering. The fully stocked kitchen includes everything you need to cook a full meal or prepare a quick breakfast, along with a complete coffee setup. The living and kitchen spaces flow seamlessly together, making it easy to relax, cook, and spend time together.

Just off the kitchen, step onto the patio featuring a grill, comfortable lounge seating, and a firepit—perfect for evening hangs or slow mornings with coffee.

Guests will be sent a door code the day prior to check in.

While we admire and appreciate furry friends, we do not allow them in our space. If this is an issue, we are happy to provide information on pet boarding as an alternative during your stay.
Guests are to obey quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00AM.

No third party bookings. Third party bookings are subject to cancellation without a refund.

No outside visitors (other than guests accounted for on reservation) allowed in the house. If outside guests are brought into the house, you will be subject to a $50/person per occurrence charge.

Please lock all windows and doors when you leave the home.

No smoking/vaping/marijuana inside the unit or building. You may smoke outside on the patio.

Guests who do not check out by 11:00 AM are subject to an additional charge of $30 for every half hour they have not checked out.
