Sehr freundliche und flexible Gastgeber. Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet, geräumig und sehr sauber. Die Gegend liegt sehr schön und liegt günstig zwischen Bamberg, Erlangen und auch Nürnberg ist noch gut (mit dem Auto) zu erreichen. Wir hatten eine tolle Woche dort.

Gelungener Urlaub

Wir haben einen erholsamen einwöchigen Urlaub in der sehr schönen, gut ausgestatteten Ferienwohnung (u.a. ein begehbarer Kleiderschrank) der Familie Dötzer verbracht und uns gleich wohlgefühlt. Hervorzuheben ist die Sauberkeit der FeWo, die wir in anderen Urlauben so nicht immer kennengelernt haben. Wir bedanken uns bei Frau Dötzer für die gute Kommunikation. Dank des guten Wetters konnten wir unsere Frühstücke immer auf der Dachterrasse verbringen, perfekt. Die Umgebung lädt zu langen Wanderungen oder Radtouren ein. Wer Wert auf Ruhe und Erholung legt, ist in Rothensand gut aufgehoben. Supermärkte wie Rewe und Aldi sind mit dem Auto in Hirschaid gut zu erreichen. Dort gibt es auch einen Bahnhof. Wir hatten einen perfekten Urlaub.

Sehr moderne und tolle Ferienwohnung

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub und die Wohnung war sehr,sehr schön. Wir hatten alles was wir brauchten und die Wohnung war super modern und riecht noch so neu, 😀. Es war alles perfekt. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Auch die Übergabe und der Auszug war super. Vielen Dank an die Familie Dötzer.

Super Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön und geräumig. Die Küche ist mit Allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht. Wir kochen gerne und haben alle notwendigen Utensilien vorgefunden. Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen, mit dem Auto erreicht man aber in 5 Minuten sämtliche Supermärkte und ebenfalls auch Restaurants. Alles tiptop, gerne wieder!

Tolle Wohnung, zentrale Lage

Die Wohnung von Fam. Dötzer ist sehr komfortabel und mit allem, was das Herz begehrt, ausgestattet. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist etwas außerhalb von Hirschaid, ruhig aber trotzdem recht zentral gelegen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind in ca.10min Fahrt zu erreichen. Auch Tagesausflüge nach Bamberg, Nürnberg, Rothenburg ob der Tauber oder Bayreuth sind kein Problem. Die Unterkunft ist absolut empfehlenswert, wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit

Diese Ferienwohnung ist nur zu empfehlen! Absolut neuwertig, super Schnitt. Es war alles da was man braucht. Küche ist top ausgestattet. Sehr bequeme Betten! Die Fenster in den Schlafräumen mit Insektenschutz versehen. Einfach top 👍 Sehr netter Kontakt mit den Vermietern. Wir kommen gerne wieder ☺️

Eine Terrasse direkt an der Küche mit Blick auf die Flugkünste der Schwalben und Mauersegler. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. In der modernen Wohnung ist alles, was man braucht. Spazieren im nahe gelegenen Wäldchen, Ausflüge nach Bamberg, Erlangener Botanischer Garten, Forchheimer Innenstadt, Bing-Höhle und Umgebung bei Streitberg. Das hat uns gut getan.

Entspannter Familientrip

Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Sie ist schön groß und man hat jede Menge Platz um sich zu entfalten. Vor allem die gut ausgestattete Küche ist sehr vorteilhaft wenn man sich als Familie selbst versorgen möchte. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und fühlten uns sehr willkommen. Die Vermieterin ist sehr hilfsbereit. Alles in allem gibt es nichts zu bemängeln und wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Jederzeit wieder!
