This newly renovated home provides modern appliances/sleeping situations, central AC and heat, play space for kids, a garden, workspace/theater room, garden, and a blooming outdoor area for BBQ's and relaxation. It's a 2 block walk/ride to the Shooks Run Trail which gives easy access to all of what Colorado Springs has to offer from downtown and far beyond.

This beloved retreat features four bedrooms, including a king bed, queen bed, 2 twin beds, and a sofa bed, along with two full bathrooms. Whether you’re relaxing indoors or exploring nearby, this phenomenal space welcomes you with warmth and ease. Our place is equipped for both long or short stays to make your holiday one to remember.

We purchased the house from the original owner since 1946. We then made it our own with a thoughtful renovation for our family.
