Shoes & Cleanliness
Please remove your shoes upon entry and place them in the black tray.
Wear house slippers indoors to help maintain cleanliness, as outdoor surfaces carry dirt and germs.

Air Conditioning
Please do not set the AC below 72°F.
All front and back doors must remain closed at all times.
If cameras record doors left open, a $50 penalty may apply.
Open doors can overwork and damage the central AC system.

Kitchen & Bathroom
Do not place food, oils, or grease in the sink or garbage disposal.
Do not flush tissues, wipes, hair, oils, or other items in the toilet.

Trash Disposal
Place garbage in the large black bin outside.
For longer stays, please move the bin to the curb Monday evening for pickup.

No Smoking
Smoking or vaping is not allowed inside the home.

Toiletries provided are starter supplies only.
Guests are responsible for replenishing additional items if needed.
